Found this fan feature film about how he becomes the joker. Although I at first that it was a bit long, it was well worth the time and right now is available on youtube in a ROUGH CUT. It was a great film. It captures the Joker to a point where it makes sense why he so crazy. The unique point of view of the clown instead of the cape. It's currently on youtube and their trying to raise money to made two sequels on kickstarter and indiegogo. I myself have pledged and hope they reach their goal.
