Disclaimer: The Following is my opinion and you may have a different opinion. My predictions are likely to happen, however I am not a fortuneteller.
Recently CNBC has started allowing LIVE streaming on they're mobile apps.(source: 2) This may seem like a meaningless and small step but it also shows that Television is changing. It has been since House of Cards showed up on Netflix and it will continue to change. The thing is with the Film Industry, it has been largely resistant to change but television continues to give a little each year. Why is this important? Well, maybe the fact that television makes more advertisement money than the entire internet might peak your interest. (source: 1) Innovation includes competition. I feel there will be more opportunities for TV in the future. Right now opportunities like YouTube are very slim. The support for short films and web series are small as is the attention. But the increase of availability of TV is bound to create more opportunities, what do you think?
